Originally from Minnesota, I moved to the Carolinas over a decade ago. That experience gave me firsthand insight into relocating and settling into a new market. Before the move, I ran a successful real estate business in the Midwest, which taught me the importance of education, strategy, and building lasting relationships.
A personal experience early in my career shaped my mission: my family was discouraged from using our VA loan benefit, and we missed an opportunity to save money. That taught me how crucial it is to guide clients with clarity and advocacy. Since then, I’ve made it a priority to educate and support Veterans, investors, and anyone making a big move—helping them feel confident and informed every step of the way.
After COVID, my family took the leap to fulfill our dream of living at the beach. We purchased and renovated a unique North Myrtle Beach property. This has given me hands-on experience with coastal living, renovations, and the nuances of different communities. That experience helps me guide clients on everything from lifestyle fit to investment potential.
